The Bauer Center is named in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Modestus Bauer. In his groundbreaking address, then-CMC President George Benson waxed lyrical as to what the impressive building meant to a college that was just twenty years old at the time.
Bauer Center South houses the Robert Day School of Economics and Finance and the Pickford Auditorium, as well as the College's ROTC program, the Bauer Forum, and numerous classrooms.
