Gough Hall was an all-female facility that primarily consisted of freshmen students built in 1936. The dorm was a fully air-conditioned hall with tile floor bedrooms and community-style bathrooms. Gough Hall connects to Hunewell Hall and featured a large lobby and 24 hour service desk with several comfortable chairs and tables for both individual and group study.

In addition, there was an active Residential Leader staff and Hall Leadership Team that worked together to build community and create an environment where residents experienced social and academic success. Residents had the opportunity to get involved and meet other people by joining the Residence Hall Association, study groups, and intramural sports.

Gough Hall is no longer operational since the end of Spring 2015.
