Stenholm Office Exhibit, originally located in the lower floor of the Dick Smith Library, was moved to the south hall in the Tarleton Center in fall 2010.The Stenholm Exhibit includes a replica of Charles W. Stenholm’s congressional office as well as drawings and photos that are rotated out throughout the year. Charles is a former United States Representative and Tarleton Alumnus.
The Texas Political History – The Charles Stenholm Collection project is the archiving of the 359 boxes of former Congressman Stenholm’s legislative papers. Upon completion, these documents will be publicly available at the Dick Smith Library and online. The Stenholm Office Exhibit was moved to the O. A. Grant Humanities building in 2014.
