University Village offers apartment-style living conveniently located between East and West campuses. The Village features two pools and spas, as well as basketball and tennis courts, and each apartment includes a kitchen, living room, and one or two bedrooms—there are two-bedroom/one-bathroom and two-bedroom/two-bathroom options in the Village. Interior amenities include central heat and air conditioning, a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and washer and dryer. Each student also receives a bed, dresser, desk, and chair. Students are responsible for arranging and paying for their own utilities.
