Located across Alosta Avenue from the Shire Mods, University Park (UP) is a residence community offering apartment-style living for sophomores. UP features on-site, card-operated laundry and recreation facilities, including a central swimming pool and a lounge in each court. Each apartment has a kitchen, one bathroom, a living room, and either one or two bedrooms. Other amenities include a full-size refrigerator and stove. Each student also receives a bed, dresser, desk, and chair. Students must arrange and pay for their own utilities.
