Alosta Place is an apartment-style living community located between Bowles and University Park. Alosta Place is unique from our other campus living areas because it is a mixed community of individually owned units—APU owns many of the units, but students live side by side with members of the Azusa community as well. Alosta Place also offers a pool and spa as well as a community recreation room.
These apartments feature a kitchen, living room, and one or two bedrooms; there are two-bedroom/one-bathroom and two-bedroom/two-bathroom options. Interior amenities include central heat and air conditioning, a full-size refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. Each student also receives a bed, desk, dresser, and chair. Students are responsible for arranging and paying for their own utilities.
