Organization: Fundacion Foco
Goal of the Project: To evaluate the effectiveness of the public primary school "Cafe con Leche," located in the impoverished Herrera neighborhood in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The school is supported by the nonprofit Foco Foundation, and implements longer school days, extracurricular activities, and nutritional programs in an effort to improve students’ lives.
