Boise State University broke ground on April 3, 2018 on the new Micron Center for Materials Research.
Research faculty at Boise State research faculty are already becoming nationally and internationally recognized for their work in the areas of novel materials, biological sciences and nanotechnology, and with $25 million pledged from the Micron Technology Foundation Inc., this building will provide the space needed to continue growing expertise in the manufacture of technologies using nanomaterials on an industrial scale.
