All the world’s a stage in this 435-seat proscenium theater. The SPEC raises the curtain on a wide spectrum of programs and activities, including dance, drama or opera, conferences, lectures or films. Each year, audiences throughout Idaho applaud award-winning speakers and performers from across the country, and around the world.
Amenities include a box-office, two 12-person dressing rooms including bathrooms with showers, a green room with a sink, a large cinema screen with 35mm and LCD projection, equipment fly system and hanging schedule, loading dock, box office, and LCD screens in the lobby with house live feed video.
