Affectionately known as the Warehouse, the Combs Center was converted from a turn-of-the-century hemp warehouse into a student center in 1994. The student center is now located in the Campus Center. In 2011, the third floor was renovated for the Communications Office. Combs was the credentialing center for the 2012 Vice Presidential Debate between Joe Biden and Paul Ryan. The 2nd floor was renovated in 2014 and office space was constructed for leadership program offices. Listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
