Named for Mark Fishman, lead donor on the project and father of Centre graduate and baseball player, Cameron.
The 3,000 square foot facility is located directly behind the scoreboard in left field and allows the Colonels to work on a variety of player development activities.
The building includes turf, heat and air, electricity, a top-of-the-line netting system, and two garage doors that can allow for natural light and fresh air. Along with the ability to hit in the building, the Fishman Center will allow pitchers to throw to live hitters off indoor mounds as well as different fielding, conditioning and agility drills. While the primary focus is on use during inclement weather, the impact this facility provides in all weather conditions is impressive.
