• American Grill, featuring student favorites such as grilled sandwiches, quesadillas, fries, Viking Subs and Burgers.
• Wild Thymes for vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options
• Bella Luna for pizzas, calzones, fresh breadsticks and made-to-order pasta dishes.
• The Carvery, with classic favorites in comfort foods as well as our chefs' specialties.
• Söt (Swedish for "sweet") with fresh pastries and desserts from our own bakery.
