The Cottages offer three styles of housing:
- Studio, accommodating one student
- One-bedroom, housing one student
- Two-bedroom, housing two students
The Cottages are generally occupied by upper-class students. Each cottage includes a washer and dryer, full kitchen and one full bathroom.
The UF Cottages are located at 423, 425 and 427 College St.
