Another popular student housing option on campus, the University Townhouses are home to more than 76 male and female residents, housing four students in each townhouse. There are four single bedrooms and three full bathrooms, as well as a fully furnished family room and a kitchen in each townhouse. Each townhouse also has a washer and dryer for resident use.
UF Townhouses 1-2 are located at 316 Defiance Ave. and 3-4 are located at 314 Defiance Ave.
