Phillips Hall is one of the seven residential halls located in Mid Quad. The Royal Residential Computer Lab, named in honor of technology executive Ryal R. Poppa ’57 GP’08, is located there. All CMC residence hall rooms have Wi-Fi coverage, wired internet connections, and laundry facilities in the building, and Phillips also offers hydration stations and air-conditioning.
