UST’s contemporary Guinan Hall is a fun residential experience focused on community living. You will still find plenty of quiet space when you want it. Guinan Hall features 300 rooms for double and single occupancy. Each room includes a private bathroom, a single-unit microwave and fridge, cable TV access and a patio or balcony overlooking the campus or the relaxing courtyard.
The large, landscaped courtyard of the residence hall, complete with a fountain, table and chairs, forms the hub of Gunian’s social life - the ideal place to relax with friends on a sunny day, pour over books with a refreshing beverage, or simply enjoy the outdoors year-round.
Guinan Hall also has a computer lab for its residents, dozens of study spaces, a lobby with games and a TV, a community kitchen and the St. Macrina Chapel for student use. Centrally located on campus, Guinan Hall is within easy walking distance to everything students need on campus - classrooms, professors’ offices, meeting areas, fitness facilities, parking garage, cafeteria, bookstore, café, and much more.
