3812 Yoakum
Located at 3812 Yoakum, adjacent to the Chapel of St. Basil. This building is the home to the Cameron School of Business. It houses CSB faulty and staff offices, classrooms and a computer lab for CSB students.
The Cameron School is part of an elite group of institutions that have achieved AACSB International accreditation, and UST is the only private university in Houston to achieve accreditation of both undergraduate degrees in accounting, finance, general business and marketing.
Completed in the fall of 1959, Welder Hall was the third building to be completed as part of world-renown architect Philip Johnson’s design for the academic mall. Welder Hall was named in memory of James F. Welder III. The building opened in fall 1960, and was originally designed as a cafeteria and student center.
