Alfred State began operating the Collegiate Restaurant, a landmark restaurant for over one hundred years in the village of Alfred in the summer of 2025.
Alfred State will be operating the Collegiate as the restaurant enjoyed by so many over the years but as a learning lab for students enrolled in the college’s Culinary Arts program. In addition to Culinary Arts students, various other ASC students will use the restaurant as a learning opportunity in business, finance, graphic design, and marketing.
