        Best Hall, located in the Center Neighborhood, and home of the Arcadia Residential Community for Design and the Arts provides double-occupancy accommodations with community-style bathrooms for both freshman and upper-division Herberger Institute students. Best Hall offers a computer lab, laundry and kitchen facilities, vending machines, air conditioning, a volleyball court and basic cable. Men and women occupy separate floors except for in Best C, where floors are co-ed by room.

        Best Hall, built in 1956, honors M.O. Best, who was appointed to the first combined Arizona Board of Regents in 1945.
