        Hayden Hall, located in the Center Neighborhood, and home of the Arcadia Residential Community for Design and the Arts, and the residential colleges for Health Solutions and the W. P. Carey School of Business.  Hayden Hall provides double-occupancy accommodations with community-style bath facilities for both freshman and upper-division students. The hall offers access to a computer lab, laundry and kitchen facilities, vending machines, air conditioning, a volleyball court and basic cable. Hayden Hall is co-ed by room.  Hayden Hall, built in 1951, is named after Charles Trumbull Hayden, founder of Tempe and first president of the board of the Arizona Territorial Normal School.
