The Mona Plummer Aquatic Complex opened in 1981. The complex consists of three pools — an Olympic-size competition pool with movable bulkhead, a diving well, and an eight-lane warm-up pool.
The complex also features a diving tower with three platforms, four springboards, and a pair of one and three meter boards that flank the tower.
The complex seats 2,000 spectators and has hosted numerous Pac-12 and NCAA tournaments, and a number of other prestigious tournaments.
In 1986, the aquatic complex was dedicated to the late Mona Plummer. Plummer coached swimming at ASU for 22 years and achieved eight national championships. She also tutored nine Olympians and four dozen all-Americans.
