      1. Tower Building

         Originally built in the early 40’s, the building underwent a major restoration in 2011. The Tower Restoration Project was a student led initiative that raised more than $3 million to fund the project. A Silver LEED-certified building, it houses the Thunderbird Conference Room, the Thundershop, plenty of student space, and the Thunderbird Pub, which first opened in 1971 next to the Thunderbird  Activity Center. In 2011, the Pub relocated to the newly renovated Thunderbird Tower Building. Street Address
