Construction of the new Residential Parking Garage - Tower B will start on January 6, 2025 with the installation of fencing and the closure of the parking lot on the west side of the current structure (Tower A). Additionally for the duration of the construction project, Ridge Loop will be closed starting just past the north entrance to Tower A (Level 2) extending to the northwest entrance to the parking lot north of Kinard Hall. Tower A will remain accessible through Level 1 and Level 2 entrances, though the Level 3 entrance will close during construction.
