Visit the Ruth Chandler Williamson Gallery to view the 2024 Senior Art Show, curated by this year’s graduating art majors, and get a behind-the-scenes look at the College’s collections of photographs and Japanese prints. Selections from the thousands of nineteenth- and twentieth-century photographs held by the College—which include works by Julia Margaret Cameron, Edward Weston, Marion Post Wolcott, Ansel Adams, Diane Arbus, Graciela Iturbide, and many more—will be on display in the Jane Hurley Wilson and Michael G. Wilson Photograph and Print Study Room. Woodcut prints from a collection spanning more than 250 years of Japanese history and representing artists such as Chikanobu, Yoshitoshi, Hokusai, and Hiroshige will be available to view in the Japanese Print Room.
