Treadaway Hall was originally built as the Marianist Scholasticate. After its conversion to a residence hall, it was renamed for Brother Thomas J. Treadaway, S.M. (1897-1969), St. Mary's registrar from 1938 until his passing.
Treadaway Hall is housing for upperclass students, single-occupancy, coed by wing and has community bathrooms.
