The Cogdell Learning Center (CLC) is an off-campus outreach site located on the south side of Midland.
Services provided at the CLC includesa assistance with ApplyTexas and FAFSA, scholarships, citizenship/ESL/GED classes, and free business, credit and homebuyer counseling.
