AVERY HALL houses classrooms, faculty offices, Institutional Research, and the faculty and staff lounge. It is also home to Benson Auditorium, the largest event space on campus with seating for 300.
Built in 1969, Avery Hall is named in honor of founding trustee Dorothy Durfee Avery. Benson Auditorium, completely renovated in 2009-10, is named in honor of founding trustee and former president of Claremont McKenna College George C.S. Benson.
