    1. Mead Hall

      MEAD HALL is a three-story, six-tower complex that houses 222 upper-class students. Suites share a common living room with four people on each side for a total of eight people in a suite. Common areas include a community kitchen, laundry facilities, living room, and recreation room.

       

      Mead is home to the Center for Asian Pacific American Students (CAPAS), the Marquis Library and Pitzer College Archives, the Writing Center, the Office of Communications and the New Resources Lounge. 
      Student identity spaces in Mead Hall are the First Generation Club (FirstGen), Asian Pacific American Coalition (APAC), and the Queer, Trans, Plus Student Alliance (QTs Alliance)

      Mead Hall is known for the student murals on the exterior walls and hallways as well as "Interhueman," completed by artist Paul Botello and students in 1997.

       

      Opened in 1967, Mead Hall is the oldest residence hall remaining on campus.
