The Mounds (Pellissier Mall) runs through the campus from McConnell Center on the south end to the clock tower on the north. Many campus events and activities are held here, and it is also a gathering place for students. In nice weather, some of the faculty opt to hold classes outside with the backdrop of the San Gabriel mountains.
