Parking Garage
A third and possibly final structured parking garage is strongly encouraged by the 2015 Campus Master Plan. This facility will provide supply for existing and future demand, and allow Boise State to shift surface parking sites to higher and better uses. If built, strong consideration should be given to a mixed-use facility that also incorporates office, administrative or retail space. If the garage is placed along Beacon, a mixed-use component along the corridor may be even more necessary to comply with City of Boise design guidelines.
