Health Sciences Expansion
The area adjacent to NORCO has been identified for additional growth and consolidation for the Health Sciences program. Development could occur immediately south of NORCO, or to the east. The south location may face more development scrutiny due to its location along the Beacon Street corridor. To the east, height and design will be more flexible.
