Swenson Swedish Immigration Research Center, housed in the Denkmann Memorial Building, is a national archives, research institute, and genealogy center for the study of Swedish immigration to North America.
The center promotes and initiates academic research in the field and collects and catalogs Swedish-American archival and library materials.
Another major role for the center is to assist people researching their Swedish-American genealogy.
