3M, as it’s known, is a six-story coed residence hall for 194 residents. Its unique floor plan allows four students to reside in two-bedroom suites connected by a private bathroom. Study lounges on each floor, a large group meeting space on the lower level, basement recreation lounge, kitchen and laundry facilities make up the rest of the amenities.
