About the Building
Built in 1962, House E is home to the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. The house includes space for 25 residents in shared occupancy rooms, as well as a chapter room, community room, kitchen and a community bathroom. Sigma Phi Epsilon, working under the guidance of their national organization and the university's Office of Fraternity and Sorority Involvement, determines which of its members will live in the house for the year.
