About the Building
Built in 1984, House 1 is home to the Pi Beta Phi sorority. The house has 16 residents in shared-occupancy rooms with suite-style bathrooms, as well as a chapter room and kitchen. Pi Beta Phi, working under the guidance of their national organization and the university's Office of Fraternity and Sorority Involvement, determines which of its members will live in the house for the year.
