About the Building
Rinker Hall, part of the University Village Apartments complex, opened to students in fall 2006. Located on the eastern edge of the DeLand campus, Rinker Hall, like the other buildings that make up UVA, offers the same amenities that can be found in off-campus housing. Each 4-bedroom apartment is fully furnished with a private bedroom for each resident, two baths, access to a laundry facility, cable, wireless Internet access, a full kitchen, a dining area and a living area. Residents of U.V.A. may request gender-neutral living arrangements. Residents have access to on-site parking and the Rinker Clubhouse which houses a game room, computer lab and lounge/meeting space. U.V.A. primarily houses upper-division students.
