The proposed addition would add about 14,000 sq ft. Currently in the planning stages, this state-funded project will be completed in three phases. The first phase, new construction, will include a lecture hall and chemistry labs on the first floor. The next two phases will be renovations. First, the east wing labs, offices and the geology museum. Second, the west wing labs and offices. All HVAC and mechanical will be decommissioned and replaced by new systems.
