Chadron State Physical Facilities department is home to CSC's vehicle fleet, UPS, FedEx and USPS services, carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and those who handle heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, grounds, custodial services, security, and vehicle maintenance. The building is located on the southwest corner of campus at the base of C-Hill.
