The Coffee Agriculture Pavilion is used for rodeo team practice, equine classes and livestock evaluation courses. The Rangeland Lab features specialized classrooms, a necropsy lab and coolers and freezers to facilitate the scientific study of wildlife and livestock carcasses.
The Pavilion opened in 2013, and the Lab opened in 2016.
