TPL 113 is a modestly sized (~15-20 students) classroom with registrar and room-scheduler
controlled scheduling. The room receives very little use by anyone outside of the department of
physics and astronomy; this semester it has seen only one class formally scheduled into it during
normal class hours. TPL 113 is too small for many classes taught in the sciences and has been
superseded by many wonderful new teaching spaces which have opened in Schow and
Wacchenheim during the past 10 years. However, the room is heavily used by physics and
astronomy for TA sessions, and could be even more heavily used by our department for smaller
classes, tutorial meetings, and additional functions if it were to see some modest improvements to
the infrastructure.
