Remodel the lower lasell fitness center similar to what was done with donor funding in summer
2023 to the upper lasell fitness center by removing the equipment to replace the floor, paint the
walls, and build some storage cubbies for users, and then moving new equipment in which would be
funded by the athletic capital budget.
